Natures Myriad of Colours

Autumn leaves falling gently in the rain,
Amber tinted as a coloured flame,
Raindrops shimmer an emerald hue,
Reflecting off moss, refreshing anew.

Daintily hanging silken spider webs,
Patterned loops from jewelled threads,
A necklace of sunshine shining through,
Sparkling and glistening in the morning dew.

Birds sing majestically on high,
In perfect harmony, a heavenly choir,
Frogs sitting on a lily pad,
Croak out a tune making me glad.

Tree branches and bush flowers,
Dripping in the afternoon sun-showers,
Technicoloured butterflies flitter then settle,
Upon a brightly adorned rose petal.

Absorbing the beauty of the sky,
The spectrum of a rainbow caught my eye,
Crystal prisms arched high above,
A spectacular vision of God’s eternal love.
